Our treats are fresh food, so we can't offer refunds once an order has been collected or delivered.

If something is wrong

If an item is wrong, damaged or not as ordered, please tell us on WhatsApp within 2 hours of pickup or delivery. Send a photo and your Order No. We will then replace the item or refund the amount.

If we can't fulfil your order

If we can't fulfil an order you have paid for, we'll give you a full refund to your original payment method.
